Post-Training Support
We complement our training with personalised coaching either one-to-one or in a group setting to ensure that you get the best support at applying your learning back at the workplace.

Group Coaching
Post-training group coaching session(s) can help the participants share their application of the learning back at the workplace and get help not just from the coach-facilitators but also from each other.

One-to-One Coaching
There would be instances where individual participants require personalised one-to-one coaching as the group coaching process may not be adequate or focused enough them for them

Peer Coaching
We highly encourage that you coach each other during the application of the learning as a form of peer support. We will show you how.
