About Us
Our Short Story
The Manager’s Network was first established in 2013 with the mission to help leaders become more effective in their role to bring about results at the workplace or at whatever they are doing.
Having been employees and leaders in organisations and corporations ourselves, we recognise the numerous challenges leaders face when delivering the necessary results for the organisation to achieve its goals.
We understand the frustration that leaders often experience – having to strive hard to deal with blockages, limitations, and weaknesses that can hamper the journey towards success, not just in their team members but also on a personal level, not to mention the system. There’s also the need to be continually vigilant to capitalise on strengths and opportunities as they are presented.
We also recognise that these challenges are often more daunting for new and emerging leaders. They may have the energy and enthusiasm compared to the seasoned leaders but their lack of experience may work against them in the decisions they make.
Appreciating that the future is much dependent on the strength and readiness of new and emerging leaders, we have decided to move our focus at equipping these leaders with the essential knowledge, skills and abilities to face the challenges ahead.
With our combined knowledge and experience, together with the application of the coaching skills, we hope to contribute to the growth of the leadership force of the future, and by extension to the future growth and development of organisations and nations.
